For Banya No.1 – Chiswick, I developed a cohesive and elevated social media presence that reflects the authentic atmosphere of the London bathhouse. I introduced a unified visual style using the brand’s signature fonts and consistent aesthetic across all posts and covers.
All Highlights were fully redesigned and updated with relevant categories — including Spa Packages, Special Offers, and Food & Drinks menus — helping new visitors instantly understand the brand’s concept.
I launched daily storytelling through engaging Instagram Stories (three per day) to educate, entertain, and build connection with the audience.
Additionally, I established influencer collaborations — within just three months, we attracted well-known public figures, including singer Calum Scott, who visited Banya No.1.
Each Reel and post is created with a clear message and purpose — promoting current offers and showcasing the real experience, not just aesthetic visuals.
As a result, the client saw a notable increase in bookings and engagement, with stronger brand awareness and loyalty across social media.
